Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made on relevantgoods.co.uk ("the Store"), operated by Relevant Goods ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Products

We sell genuine branded skincare, beauty and oral care products sourced through UK wholesale suppliers. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, or an authorised distributor of, the brands we sell. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly from what is shown as manufacturers update their designs.

Always read the product label before use. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs. Product information on the Store is not medical advice.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud); if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates; please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details, including exceptions for opened hygiene products.

6. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting false orders, or copying our content without permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
