Orders & delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched from our UK stock and typically arrive in 2–4 working days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it up.
Returns & exchanges
You can return an unopened, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Email us before sending anything back and we'll confirm the return address and next steps.
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
