Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery

Every order ships free to anywhere in the UK, with no minimum spend.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses only. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but can't change an order once it has been sent.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, or arrives damaged, please email contact.relevantgoods@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or refund.
